Deborah Voigt to join Rufus Wainwright at BBC Proms

Voigt will perform alongside Wainwight during his Late Night Prom, this Thursday (11 September), on two arias from Wainwright’s opera, Prima Donna, “Feux d’Artifice” and “Quand J’étais Jeune Étudiante”, and during the finale for a duet of ‘If I Loved You’ from Carousel.
They will be accompanied by the Britten Sinfonia, with Johannes Debus as conductor. It will be broadcast live on BBC Radio 3.
Wainwright will also play 13 September in Hyde Park at the BBC Proms. More information can be found here.
