Fresh off the back of the one year anniversary of his mixtape Acid Rap, Chicago’s Chance The Rapper has revealed a new track featuring his live band Social Experiment, the somewhat mournfully titled “I Am Very Very Lonely.”
Detailing a quiet evening in between Chance and a cockroach (“la cucaracha”), he describes the token lonely activities of trying to decide what to watch on TV, eating cold pizza and snapchatting all your friends whilst sitting in your underwear.
Featuring some unconventional ad-libs and pop-culture references, it’s already proving something of a hit with his fans.
