Cass McCombs joins Wynonna Judd on new song "The Child"

Alongside enlisting Anti label-mate Cass McCombs to co-write "The Child", the pair will also be performing as new duo The Frothy Pit at Anti’s Americanafest showcase in Nashville tomorrow (12 September).

McCombs says of the new collaboration, "Like many people, I grew up listening to the Judds. Needless to say, it’s been a real honor to collaborate with Wynonna, co-writing "The Child" together and stepping into the uncharted terrain of the Frothy Pit."

"The Child" is McComb's first feature since appearing on Tinariwen's "Kel Tinawen" single last month.

He also released his Tip of the Sphere album back in February.
