Carly Rae Jepsen shares snippet of new music on socials
After fans spotted a billboard for something called "Western Wind" earlier this month, Carly Rae Jepsen has shared a generous snippet of new music on socials.
In November last year Carly Rae Jepsen confirmed that she has new music arriving in 2022, and after a new billboard teasing something called "Western Wind" was spotted last week, Jepsen has shared a 24-second clip of new music on socials.
Jepsen captioned the new teaser, "you know it’s spring."

Last week Jepsen also shared a type of map featuring Coachella, Joshua Tree National Park and other spots in California, but the map also features phrases including "Coming in like a western wind", "First bloom, you know it's spring", "Do you feel home in all directions?" and more. While it's not clear if the phrases are new lyrics or song titles, the map does feature an "x" right by exit 130.
While it's not yet known if "Western Wind" is a single or new album, Jepsen is yet to follow up her 2019 album Dedicated, and 2020's Dedicated Side B.
