BTS' V gives update on solo mixtape, says it'll come out "within the year"

V has shared a vague update on his solo mixtape with fans via Weverse, revealing that he plans to release it within the next 12 months.

According to Koreaboo, V also shared an update on some of the songs. One fan asked V about a track titled "Travel With Me", and he responded, "Ah lol all the songs I upload are not going on the mixtape, I deleted them after uploading it. I apologize in advance, I don’t even remember."

Fans also asked V about a track he teased on his solo Instagram page in December, and he wrote, "Since this is recent.. should I look for it in the trash? I wish I hadn’t emptied it. Just hate my thumb."

In December, V released his Our Beloved Summer solo song "Christmas Tree".
