BTS' Jin drops Jirisan soundtrack song "Yours"
Jin of K-pop giants BTS has released his new solo song "Yours", which is featured on the soundtrack for Korean series Jirisan.
"Yours" is the new theme song for Jirisan - a Korean series that started last month - and premiered during the show's fifth episode over the weekend, before getting an official release yesterday (7 November).
Soompi reports that following the song's release, it reached the top of the iTunes charts in 82 regions, including the US, UK, Japan, France, Germany and more.
"Yours" is Jin's second song to be featured on a series soundtrack (and first solo contribution), following 2016's "It's Definitely You" with fellow bandmate V that featured in Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth.
The new song follows Jin's 2020 solo single "Abyss".
Last month BTS' Jungkook released a cover of Harry Styles' "Falling", and the group's SUGA remixed BTS' Coldplay collaboration "My Universe".
