Broken Social Scene announce new EP with lead single "All I Want"
Broken Social Scene announced they'll deliver a five-track EP next month, alongside sharing the lead single "All I Want".
"All I Want" is the first taste of Broken Social Scene's five-track EP Let’s Try The After - Vol 1, and sees Andrew Whiteman on vocals.
The new EP is announced off the back of their appearance on CBC’s The Strombo Show, where they performed two new tracks from the EP, "1972" and "Can't Find My Heart".
"1972" is produced by the BSS's own Charles Spearin and Joe Chiccarelli. The rest of the tracks on Let's Try The After - Vol 1. are produced and mixed by Nyles Spencer.
Kevin Drew expands on their new EP, "The point is to keep going. We have more to give. These songs have lived beside us and become our commencement party while continuing together. We hope you enjoy this EP for you and me."
Let's Try The After - Vol 1. is their first project since last year's "Old Dead Young" single, and first project to be released since their 2017 album Hug of Thunder.
