BØRNS makes statement about sexual misconduct allegations
BØRNS has revealed a statement on Instagram responding to the accounts accusing him of sexual misconduct.
Garrett Clark Borns, known by his stage name of BØRNS, was accused of predatory behaviour and sexual misconduct on a number of occasions.
In response, BØRNS released a statement through Instagram, which revealed he is "hurt and angered over the disturbing and false allegations that have been spread over the past few days on social media. All of the relationships I have had were legal and consensual. They ended abruptly and that obviously caused hurt feelings, but for anyone to suggest anything beyond that is irresponsible.”

The singer/songwriter has been accused of multiple counts of sexual misconduct. Consequence of Sound reported in more detail on the two major accusations against the musician.
In an article appearing on Variety the two women accusing BØRNS have responded to his Instagram statement. One of the women writes, "this hurts more than anything you’ve ever done. you couldn’t even say sorry.".
