
Bon Iver to finally release Phil Cook collaboration "Ate Up All Their Cake" tonight
Bon Iver have confirmed that their long-awaited Phil Cook collaboration "Ate Up All Their Cake" is being released later today (5 August).
Back in 2018, Justin Vernon of Bon Iver shared a demo version of "Ate Up All Their Cake". The demo version was originally recorded in 2017, and Vernon described Cook as his "main musical teacher AND my life long brother."
Last night (4 August), Bon Iver shared a tweet with a 14-second teaser of "Ate Up All Their Cake", and confirmed it'll be arriving today (5 August).

"Ate Up All Their Cake" will be Bon Iver's first single since April's "PDLIF" track which raised money to support healthcare workers during pandemic.
