Bo Ningen team up with Bobby Gillespie for new single "Minimal"
Bo Ningen have recruited Primal Scream's Bobby Gillespie for new single "Minimal", which will feature on their forthcoming album Sudden Fictions.
"Minimal" is the second single to be shared from Bo Ningen's forthcoming LP Sudden Fictions, after March's lead single "B.C".
Bo Ningen's bassist and vocalist Taigen Kawabe says of working with Bobby Gillespie on the new single, ""Minimal" is the first-ever 'properly produced' track - as well as the most catchy song - in Bo Ningen’s thirteen year history. After crossing the world line guided by Andrew Innes and Bobby Gillespie of Primal Scream, the anthemic element of a new sound was extracted and finalised by producer/electronic musician Matthew Herbert."
Sudden Fictions will be Bo Ningen's first album in six years, after 2014's III. Today (28 May), the band have also unveiled the tracklist and release date for their new LP.
