Big Hit Entertainment are planning to make a drama based on the BTS Universe
Big Hit Entertainment have shared their plans to create a television drama that's based on the BTS Universe.
In a new conference outlining their plans for and philosophy for Big Hit Entertainment, the entertainment company shared some plans to develop BTS' franchise.
CEO's Bang Si-Hyuk. Lenzo Yoon, and more shared some plans to create a new mobile game with BTS storytelling, and shared some plans to develop a new television drama.
The television drama will be based on the BTS Universe, and is due to be released in the second half of 2020.
According to NME, the series will be based on BTS' early days, following seven boys who meet for the first time. Apparently BTS members won't be starring in the series.
Earlier this month Big Hit Entertainment revealed that the Korean superstars were taking a break to "provide them with a chance to enjoy the ordinary lives of young people in their 20s, albeit briefly."
On 9 August, BTS' V shared a new solo offering "Winter Bear".
