Azealia Banks' Twitter account has finally been suspended
As XXL notes, Twitter has responded to Azealia Banks' recent racist tirades by suspending her account.
It's been a while coming (catch up here), but Twitter have finally decided that she can't spout her hate anymore. Well, for now.
In the small print, Twitter explain: "We may suspend an account if it has been reported to us as violating our Rules surrounding abuse. When an account engages in abusive behavior, like sending threats to others or impersonating other accounts, we may suspend it temporarily or, in some cases, permanently."
It may not just be Twitter she's barred from - NME reports that the Home Office is currently investigating the "212" rapper, and may consider banning Banks from entering the UK.
