Ariana Grande to headline next Fortnite in-game concert
Ariana Grande has been announced as the star of Fortnite's upcoming in-game Rift Tour concert.
Last night (1 August) Fortnite shared a teaser clip of the next in-game concert called the Rift Tour, which will be headlined by Ariana Grande, and takes place this weekend.
Grande will follow in the footsteps of artists including Travis Scott, Marshmello, Easy Life and more, who have all hosted in-game concerts.
Fortnite will host five concerts with Grande across three days to give players the opportunity to get involved wherever they are in the world.
In an attempt to avoid server issues, Fortnite is recommending that players log in an hour before the event begins. The Rift Tour event playlists are set to go live 30 minutes before each performance.
Like previous in-game concerts, players will have the opportunity to get exclusive items while watching Grande's avatar perform and by completing quests. One of those items includes a Grande outfit with a Piggy Smallz backpack.
