Arcade Fire musicians Richard Reed Parry and Sarah Neufeld are set to team up with the London Contemporary Orchestra this evening (17 July) for a special performance for BBC Radio 3.
The event will see the ensemble performing a composition the pace of which determined by the heartbeat of each musician.
“Every note, and everything that any of the musicians plays, is played either in sync with the heartbeat of that player, or with their breathing, or with the breathing of another player,” Parry recently told NPR.
It’ll air tonight at 11pm BST. Find out more information here.
