Animal Collective are streaming their new record until 6pm ET... at Baltimore Airport
Animal Collective are streaming their new record in full right now, and you can hear it if you go to Baltimore Airport.
The mysterious group have been teasing their upcoming LP recently, which was reportedly completed over the summer, and it seems like we might be getting the whole thing - or at least a song called "Floridada" - sooner rather than later. Monday, to be precise, if Brooklyn Vegan are to be believed (which it looks like they are).
Comedian Matt Baetz, Avey Tare's cousin, posted the news on Instagram: “@aveytare_voiceofthefly is it just me or did I hear the NEW animal collective record at, of all places, @bwiairport ??? Hehehe."
To which Tare replied "@mattbaetz1 YouFoundUs?"
Baetz has now updated his bio on Instagram: “The album is worth the trek and can be heard best in the bathrooms some observation areas pre security and the big lounge after security.”
The stream is due to cease at 6pm ET (11pm GMT).
