All Points East launch online hub for 10 days of online gigs, archive shows and more
All Points East have launched an online hub today that will run for the next 10 days in place of the festival that was cancelled this year due to COVID-19, and it'll feature online gigs, archive shows and more.
The 10 days of content will celebrate what would've been the third year of London's All Points East Festival, which normally takes place in Victoria Park.
Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, organisers have launched an online hub, which will give people access to archive shows, Q+A's, cocktail and cooking classes, yoga sessions, artist playlists and more.
They will also be posting exclusive content daily until 31 May, starting this afternoon with an exclusive livestream set from Jehnny Beth, and footage from Anna Calvi's APE 2018 set.
In the statement, organisers write, "Today would have marked the start of All Points East 2020 and in celebration of our talented, vibrant, diverse and extraordinary artists and collaborators we will be showcasing the hidden corners of our festival over the next ten days ... Please come together and enjoy a treasure trove of experiences. We will be sharing it all on this page so keep checking for new content. Each day starting from today."
And finally thank you to everyone that has been part of our journey, this short film salutes you.
