Låpsley releases new single "HURRICANE" and announces forthcoming tour dates
Låpsley has shared "HURRICANE" as the latest preview of her fourth studio album, I’M A HURRICANE I’M A WOMAN IN LOVE.
Speaking on the track herself, Låpsley adds: “HURRICANE is an unapologetic expression of the love from a woman. An omnipotent, unbridled love. A love that’s feared and revered. Pierce your flag into the ground to affirm. Love to return. Love for the sake of free will. Love in protest. Love in chaos. Love in peace. A wild, misunderstood magic.”
Alongside the new single, Låpsley has announced a string of tour dates for October, which will see her perform in Leeds, Newcastle, Glasgow, Manchester, Bristol, and London.
I’M A HURRICANE I’M A WOMAN IN LOVE sees Låpsley as a fully independent artist following her debut album Long Way Home (2016), Through Water, which was released in 2020, her third studio album, Cautionary Tales Of Youth (2023), and last year's EP, A Guilty Heart Can Never Rest.
I’M A HURRICANE I’M A WOMAN IN LOVE will be released independently via her own label Her Own Recordings.
