Krept & Konan announce first studio album in five years, Young Kingz 2
Rap duo Krept & Konan have announced their return with the upcoming fourth studio album, Young Kingz 2.
“Young Kingz was an independent project that transformed our lives and marked a staple moment in our journey. Now, we've come full circle, once again creating as independent artists with Young Kingz 2,” the duo says.
Young Kingz 2 marks Krept & Konan’s first album since Revenge Is Sweet, a project which saw them become the first British rap act to headline the O2 London. It also follows the duo’s 2017 release of 7 DAYS and 7 NIGHTS, which saw them become the first act ever to have two mixtapes simultaneously enter the top ten of the Official UK Albums chart, and their 2015 debut album The Long Way Home which became the highest charting British Rap album in UK chart history.
Young Kingz 2 is set for release via their independent label, Play Dirty on 7 February 2025.
