Janelle Monáe has revealed that playing the recent NBA All-Star celebrity game was a "bucket list" moment.

Last Friday (17 February) the 2023 NBA All-Star celebrity game took place in Salt Lake City, Utah, and as well as featuring famous faces including Cordae, Ozuna and 21 Savage, Janelle Monáe also participated.

On Twitter, Monáe wrote of the event, "Nah fr that was bucket list. I got cut from my team as a kid (it was traumatic!) and now I’m laughing. Thank you @NBAAllStar for having meeeee."
