Grimes has revealed she's been "making music for the first time in ages," and forgot that it's "very fun".

After joining Caroline Polachek and Dido on "Fly to Me" last month, Grimes has revealed that she's back making music for the "first time in ages", and is having fun doing it.

She tweeted yesterday, "Wow making music for the first time in ages and I forgot this is very fun."

Fans are still waiting for Grimes' Miss Anthropocene follow-up BOOK 1. In January, Grimes gave an update on the album, revealing that it's so late due to "minor legal stuff". She added, "I’ll always release music but if it hasn’t been clear ; music is my side quest now."

In October last year Grimes said she plans to "put out one more album" and then focus on "things that are more helpful to people".
