Flying Lotus releases soundtrack from self-directed segment of V/H/S/99 film
Flying Lotus has unveiled Flying Lotus Presents: Music From The Hit Game Show Ozzy’s Dungeon, a seven-song soundtrack featured in his self-directed segment of the V/H/S/99 film.
V/H/S/99 was premiered in September at the Toronto International Film Festival, but today (20 October) the film, which features segments directed by Flying Lotus, Johannes Roberts, Vanessa & Joseph Winter, Maggie Levin and Tyler MacIntyre, has been given an official release alongside Flying Lotus' seven-song soundtrack for his segment Ozzy’s Dungeon.
Flying Lotus directed and composed the score for his Ozzy's Dungeon segment, which was co-written with Zoe Cooper, and the film marks Flying Lotus' second major directing credit, following 2017's Kuso.
Flying Lotus Presents: Music From The Hit Game Show Ozzy’s Dungeon marks Flying Lotus' first new music since June's double single with Devin Tracy, "The Room" / "You Don't Know".
Back in August it was announced that Flying Lotus' upcoming sci-fi thriller feature film Ash will star Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Tessa Thompson as the leads.
