Floating Points has released his new song "Someone Close", and has announced a 12" vinyl featuring his 2022 tracks coming out in December.
"Someone Close" is the first release from Floating Points, aka Sam Shepherd, since September's "Problems", and will appear on a new limited 12" vinyl with his previous 2022 singles "Grammar" and "Vocoder".
Last year Floating Points teamed up with Pharoah Sanders and The London Symphony Orchestra on a collaborative album titled Promises.
"Someone Close" is out now on Ninja Tune. Floating Points will release the limited 12" vinyl on 16 December, and it's available to pre-order now.
