
Deerhoof announce first Japanese album with new single "Sit Down, Let Me Tell You a Story."
Deerhoof have announced Miracle-Level, their first Japanese-language album, and have shared new single "Sit Down, Let Me Tell You a Story." to accompany the news.
"Sit Down, Let Me Tell You a Story." follows Deerhoof's September single "My Lovely Cat!", and arrives with a Noriko Oishi-directed video.
The tracks will appear on Miracle-Level, Deerhoof's 19th album, and first that sees lead vocalist Satomi Matsuzaki sing in her native Japanese language. The album was recorded over the space of two weeks in July 2022 with producer Mike Bridavsky, and also marks the group's first to be recorded in a proper studio.

"Sit Down, Let Me Tell You a Story." is out now. Deerhoof's Miracle-Level album will arrive via Joyful Noise Recordings on 31 March, and is available to pre-order now.
