Dagny details third album, Dancefloor Erotica
Norwegian pop artist Dagny has announced her new album, Dancefloor Erotica.
Dancefloor Erotica is Dagny's first full-length release since her 2024 album ELLE, and features recent singles "Closet Disco Queen" and title track "Dancefloor Erotica" — both produced by Matias Tellez (girl in red, AURORA) and co-written with Nick Hahn (ZAYN, Mimi Webb, aespa) — her first new music of 2026.
Speaking about the inspiration behind the album, Dagny shares: "The goal was to create something unique and fun - something unapologetically bold and unconventional, filled with movement, freedom, and self-empowerment. An album where the gaze of others and the inner critic are pushed aside, and where we coined the term ‘Scandinavian Strut’ and used it as our guiding principle."
To celebrate the release, Dagny will be performing a headline set at Bergenfest on 12 June, followed by another headline show at Øya Festival on 15 August. Over the past several years, Dagny has toured extensively — even leading Best Fit's Five Day Forecast back in 2017 — and is set to return to the road for an European tour in 2027.
