Caroline Polachek announces new album Desire, I Want To Turn Into You
Caroline Polachek has announced her Pang follow-up Desire, I Want To Turn Into You, and has shared new track "Welcome To My Island" to accompany the news.
"Welcome To My Island" is produced by Dan Nigro, Polachek, Danny L Harle, A. G. Cook and Jim E-Stack, and inspired Polachek's new album title. The song follows October's "Sunset" single, which will also feature on Desire, I Want To Turn Into You with "Bunny is a Rider" and "Billions".
Prior to October's "Sunset", Polachek released "Non Voglio Mai Vedere Il Sole Tramontare", appeared on Flume's "Sirens", produced Hyd's July single "Afar" and covered Nancy Sinatra's "Bang Bang" for the Minions: The Rise of Gru soundtrack.
"Welcome To My Island" is out now. Caroline Polachek will release her new album Desire, I Want To Turn Into You on 14 February 2023, and is available to pre-order now. She'll play London's O2 Academy Brixton on the same date.
