Aldous Harding joins forces with Perfume Genius on new single, "No Front Teeth"
Mike Hadreas – AKA Perfume Genius – has released his new single "No Front Teeth", featuring New Zealand singer-songwriter Aldous Harding, as the latest preview of his forthcoming album, Glory.
The music video is directed by Cody Critcheloe who directed Perfume Genius’ "Queen" video, and is a fever dream – unhinged and sexually charged, leaving the viewer questioning what is real and what is an aberration. It features Hadreas, Harding and longtime Perfume Genius band member and co-writer Alan Wyffels.
Perfume Genius was recently announced as one of the headliners of the BBC 6 Music festival, performing on 29 March at O2 Victoria Warehouse in Manchester alongside Kae Tempest and SHERELLE.
The forthcoming follows Set My Heart On Fire Immediately, which was produced by GRAMMY winner Blake Mills, and featured contributions from Phoebe Bridgers, Jim Keltner, Pino Palladino, Matt Chamberlin, Rob Moose, and longtime collaborator Alan Wyffels.
Glory, will be released on 28 March via Matador Records, and is available to pre-order now.
