Bipolar Sunshine is as infectious as ever on laid-back single "Major Love"

LA-based Bipolar Sunshine has lifted the lid on "Major Love", a new single stuffed with heart and hooks.
The cut follows March's mood-boosting anthem "Are You Happy" and sombre ballad "Tears" (written in the wake of the Manchester Arena bombing), and sees Bipolar Sunshine - aka Manchester-born Adio Marchant - imbue vibrant dance-pop with a real sense of yearning.
"Major Love" isn't an eyeball-bulging tune full of sonic confetti and drops - it's still remarkably contagious but instead of pomp and pretence we have a down-to-earth honesty. Marchant's knack for weighty pop is still very much intact.
