Watch: Shy Nature – “Lie Back” [Premiere]
As they prepare to embark on tour across the UK, indie-pop quartet Shy Nature have teamed up with some adorable farm animals to unveil the music video for their latest single, “Lie Back.”
-Obvious comparisons to Mystery Jets and The Maccabees have already placed the group in good stead, and with this release Shy Nature are truly coming into their own.
There’s an unrelenting energy to the music that the four-piece make. With frontman William’s distinctively delicious vocals at the helm, the tracks bubbling riffs, jangling guitars, and tight percussion make “Lie Back” the sound of a band surely in their moment.
Add a dachshund, a donkey, a drive through the countryside, and what you’re left with is a record that’s effortlessly appealing and addictive in equal measure.
Shy Nature kickstart their UK tour at Leeds Cockpit on 7 February.
“Lie Back” is set for release on 17 February through Kissability.
