As we wait patiently for the new single proper from Tove Lo to drop (‘Out Of Mind’ – due sometime next month), the Stockholm based singer-songwriter makes a gutsy guest appearance on Seven Lion’s new EDM banger ‘Strangers’, a track lifted from the Mortal Instruments: City of Bones OST.
Produced with Hungarian duo Myon & Shane 54, ‘Strangers’ is carried euphorically by Lo’s rousing vocal – as per, all romantic longing and throaty angst. A fine stop gap until we get that official follow up to ‘Habits’; undeniably the finest break-up song of the year.
