Nic Pool's debut "The Falls" is woven with soulful vocals, atmospheric electronica, and a soft undertone of wistful pop.
Hailing from LA and Arizona, Nic Pool's debut is build on an undemanding foundation of subtle electronica and a clapping beat.
"The Falls" sees Nic Pool elegantly elevate his instrumentals with his soulful voice, producing a devout offering that conveys his fusion of multiple genres in a near-delicate way.
Speaking about his debut release, he explained, "The song is about how grief can feel like being stuck beneath a waterfall - how loss can derail you, overtake you, numb you, and sometimes it takes years to pull yourself out of the cycle."
"The Falls" is available now. Nic Pool is working on a debut EP that will arrive later this year on AWAL. Find Nic Pool's Facebook.
