Charly Bliss take on the world with new single "Percolator"
We've all daydreamed about playing the hero. With the music video for their new single, Charly Bliss are showing just how super they really are.
Following the bittersweet sensation of "Glitter" that heralded the announcement of their debut album Guppy, Charly Bliss are back with a brand new single - the first track on their forthcoming record. Previously shared as part of the groups Audiotree session a year ago, "Percolator" is a storm raging with a freewheeling spirit determined to be felt. "I cry all the time, I think that it's cool I'm in tough with my feelings," Eva Grace Hendricks sings, her vocals switching from candy coated to a chilling scream.
The track lands acompanied by a video showcasing the band's fighting spirit, receiving messages of an imminent doom or danger and rallying the troups to fight it head on.
"I'm super hard on myself, and a lot of the lines in 'Percolator' are me being like, fuck it," Eva told The Fader. "I was trying to make fun of myself for being super overdramatic - I'm either 0 or 100 about everything."
