Flesh get their Guitar Hero game on with new track "Dead Lonely" [Premiere]
Manchester upstarts Flesh are continuing their trend for deliciously filthy guitar-pop with the premiere of the second track from their debut label release.
It might only be their first release proper, but Flesh are already raring on the larger side of life. Flooded with hooky refrains and rambunctious rhythms, "Dead Lonely" combats the disheartening problem of feeling alone by showcasing the band at their most addictive.
What really makes this track shine is its abundance of guitar solos, searing and tearing their way through the speakers with a blinding fervour, igniting and inciting excitement in the most thrilling of ways. Your wildest Guitar Hero dreams made, well, flesh, "Dead Lonely" is a tour de force.
Hammering for more? Flesh play two dates with Rat Boy this month, and three with The Enemy in November, embarking on their own headline tour in between. A list of the group's upcoming dates can be found at the bottom of this article.
"W8 4 Me"/"Dead Lonely" is released via RIP Records on 25 September.
