Former Sonic Youth man Thurston Moore released the debut album from his band Chelsea Light Moving last year, returning today with a belated video for “Heavenmetal”
We have the UK premiere of the clip right here at Best Fit, which sees the guitarist amid a Blood Brothers-esque ceremonial pact of sorts. His band’s self-titled LP was released last February, what we called “furious blast of sonic annihilation that sounds like your speakers are burning to ashes”. What’s not to like about that?
Meanwhile, it’s been revealed that Thurston will be releasing a solo album this June.
