The White Album make some of the finest autumnal pop we’ve heard this year. Close friends who started playing music together in their teens, the three imposing and hirsute Danes create a sound that plays on the strengths of each member’s vocal timbre – folk tinged in places but ultimately just very beautiful and soul nourishing.
During a whistle stop trip to the capital for a show at the Scandinavian clubnight Ja Ja Ja, the boys stopped by for a quick Best Fit Session. ‘Counting Treasures’ is the lead track from their Conquistador EP, which you can stream below.
