With ten minutes to spare during his Best Fit Session back in February, Simone Felice graciously treated us to an extra song – arguably the best track from his other band The Duke & The King’s debut record Nothing Gold Can Stay.
The song is classic Felice, weaving narrative from a rationing of words to create a vivid lyric tableau.
