The talents – both realised and potential – of 21 year old New Zealander Kimbra have been a well-kept secret down under for quite some time. Now she’s riding high as vocal-for-hire on fellow (half-)antipodean Gotye’s chart toppping ‘Somebody That I Used To Know’ and set to gain a following of her own this side of the equator.
The Best Fit Sessions team managed to grab her for a few moments earlier this month and capture a blistering take of ‘Settle Down’, her debut single from 2010, available now via iTunes ahead of debut album Vows in late May.
