Singer, songwriter, and rapper Maverick Sabre takes us through a dramatic take on new single "Drifting" at a session recorded live at next-gen campus Republic London.
The song is the first to be taken from his upcoming socially-charged third album. “I wrote [it] to numerous different visuals (music videos/film) that I was inspired by at the time from Kendrick Lamar's Kahlil Joseph Documentary through to La Haine," he explains. "That's why it has this cinematic feel".
The Irish-born and now London based artist who is fresh off a tour with Jorja Smith recently headlined Annie Mac Presents at the Jazz Cafe and will release his new album independently in Spring 2019.
