Wretch 32 to make his National Theatre debut with reimagining of recent album, HOME?

11 September 2025, 13:17 | Written by Tyler Damara Kelly

The National Theatre has announced that Wretch 32 will make his debut on the Olivier theatre stage, presenting a reimagining of his album, HOME?, in a one-night-only event on 23 October.

Directed by National Theatre Associate Artist Clint Dyer, the show will bring Wretch 32’s sixth studio album into a theatrical setting, blending music, spoken word, dance, and dramatic staging. Joined by special guests, Wretch will explore themes of Black British identity, belonging, and legacy in a performance that pushes the boundaries of both theatre and live music.

“This moment for me is about more than just a show. It’s a continuation of my commitment to champion the arts and highlight the power of music and performance. Being able to do this with the support of Indhu Rubasingham and in such an iconic space is both a rare opportunity and a real privilege,” Wretch 32 says.

Booking opens for Wretch 32: HOME? at 10am on 12 September. For more information visit nationaltheatre.org.uk.
