Wolf Alice to release B-Sides from their fourth album, The Clearing
Wolf Alice have revealed that they will be releasing a 7" of B-Sides from their 2025 album The Clearing, and shared new song, "Gospel Oak".
Coinciding with the one-year anniversary of The Clearing, The Clearing: B Sides will be released on 7" in August. This will feature unheard songs from the album's recording sessions, with "Gospel Oak" arriving as the first preview. The track is inspired by the North London area of the same name, with singer Ellie Roswell noting that it was inspired by folk songs learned while in school.
Ahead of the physical release, new songs "Hammond Song" and "Hit The Sky" are also set to drop digitally.
Speaking about The Clearing: B-Sides, the band explain: "These are a few songs we made during The Clearing that didn’t make it on the final record, but are ones we love very much, including a cover with two of our fave singers Julia Cumming and Bria Salmena - we’re happy to have found a home for them for you to hear. Enjoy”
The Clearing: B-Sides is released on 21 August
