Wallice shares new single "Loser at Best"
Fresh from her recent stadium tour dates with The 1975, Wallice is back with a brand new single from her upcoming EP, Mr Big Shot.
Premiering today with Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1, "Loser at Best" is another ode to 90s pop-punk, and follows the EP’s first single "Best Friend".
On the track Wallice shares, “I started this song last May while on a writing trip in London. I would say this song is a bit of a love song to my boyfriend. We have been together for eight years, but I was missing him at the time he was home and I was gone for a bit, and we started off as friends back in high school. This song is about wanting to feel needed and being intoxicated by love.”
Mr Big Shot will be Wallice's follow-up EP to the 2022 release 90s American Superstar.
Wallice has also recently announced a series of UK headline dates for later this year, including London’s Moth Club on 2 June, before returning to the UK for Reading and Leeds Festival.
"Loser at Best" is out now. Mr Big Shot arrives on 23 June via Dirty Hit.
