Victory Lap announce debut EP, Torch Songs
Nottingham’s Victory Lap have announced their debut EP, Torch Songs, alongside the brand new single, "Sincerely Yours".
Speaking ahead of their single release, frontman Tomas Ponting explained: “This song details a man and his attempts at creating barriers to protect himself in relationships. Despite his best efforts, his romantic nature finds him falling heedlessly from partner to partner, lubricated by the yarn of a fairy tale ending he relentlessly spins for himself.”
Victory Lap recently announced their debut UK headline tour lined up for December, including stops in Brighton, Hull, Leeds, London, Manchester, and Nottingham.
Torch Songs is set for release on 19 July.
