Tunde Adebimpe, nabeel and Saya Gray join Iceland Airwaves lineup

TV on the Radio's Tunde Adebimpe, high-energy US hip-hop duo Joey Valance & Brae, and nabeel - the buzzy Iraqi-American band blending shoegaze and Arabic poetry – join Dirty Hit-signed Saya Gray and London MC Jeshi in the second wave of names added to the multi-venue city festival

From the UK, the festival will aalsofeature Katie Gregson-Macleod, Maya Delilah, Getdown Services, and PUNCHBAG. Icelandic acts include the reunited Retro Stefson, JFDR, and rising Reykjavík hip-hop artists Ala$$$ka1867 and Herra Hnetusmjör.

A special event at Harpa will see also legendary singer/songwriter Mugison perform with the Iceland Symphony Orchestra, reworking his music with Icelandic arrangers.
