THEATRE detail debut EP, Incarnate
Limerick five-piece THEATRE have announced their debut EP, Incarnate, and shared their new single, "You Are".
"You Are" follows THEATRE's debut single "The Fall" released last month as the second preview of their upcoming EP. Speaking about the track, lead singer Maeve O'Shea explains: “‘You Are’ explores visual imagery attached to my childhood spent in West Cork. Lyrically, each verse strings random memories together, the kind of memories that pop into your head as you’re walking down the street alone or doing your dishes. As the idea became whole, ‘You Are’ turned into an ode to my childhood self, an anthem that I wish I could have heard when I needed it."
The news of the release comes just ahead of THEATRE's debut appearance at Brighton's Great Escape Festival on 14 May, which will follow two shows at London's Camden Assembly on 11 and 12 May.
