HedgeFest 2026 returns to The Ivy House in Nunhead on Saturday 5th September, raising awareness and funds for hedgehog conservation while celebrating London's vibrant independent music scene.
The 2026 edition of the festival kicks off in the early afternoon with performances from Dublin-born, London-based rootsy DIY pop artist Gareth Freiheit; high-energy new wavers Uncanny Valley Girls; and a Steely Dan tribute act called Steely Dan 2, with more acts still to be announced. After the full-band performances conclude, DJ Exotic Woodwork will keep the party going with a disco dance set into the small hours.
All proceeds will go towards the People's Trust for Endangered Species (PTES) and the British Hedgehog Preservation Society (BHPS) to support vital conservation work as urban hedgehog numbers in the UK continue their steep decline.
The inaugural HedgeFest took place back in 2018 at the Sebright Arms. Tickets for the 2026 edition are available on DICE.
