The Chemical Brothers link up with Beck on “Skipping Like a Stone”
The brand new single is the latest to be taken from their forthcoming tenth studio album, For That Beautiful Feeling.
The Chemical Brothers reunite with Beck for the first time since their 2015 collaboration, “Wide Open” which is taken from from Born in the Echoes.
“The Chemical Brothers have a great predilection for exploration. They kind of sit in an unusual place between different eras of electronic music and DJ culture. It’s like they have one foot in multiple decades at the same time in a way that is utterly unique among their peers," says Beck of their collaboration.
The track comes with a music video directed by frequent collaborators Dom and Nic, who have previously praised the brotherly duo: “The Chems just keep smashing it with great tracks that demand videos that live up to the music and hopefully add something extra to the whole experience,” they said in a statement.
"Skipping Like a Stone" is out now. For That Beautiful Feeling is set for release on 8 September via EMI.
