It's been revealed that Stormzy will headline and curate a show for All Points East 2023 in support of his upcoming third album This Is What I Mean.

Stormzy and All Points East have announced This Is What We Mean Day, an exclusive hometown show, and Stormzy's only UK date in 2023. Stormzy will headline Victoria Park on 18 August 2023, and will also curate the full line-up for the day.

"I was thinking what’s next, cos we’ve done 3 O2s, shut that down," Stormzy says. "I said to the team, we gotta do something bigger, something better, something different. We were having back to back meetings, bouncing ideas. Then it hit me, I started jotting down ideas thinking - live band, need a live band. August 2023, a summer time thing, outside, for the people, always for my people. So August 2023, Victoria Park, more info coming soon….This Is What We Mean Day. Hard."

Later this month Stormzy will release his third album This Is What I Mean. So far he's shared the lead single from the record - "Hide & Seek" - and a second track titled "Holy Spirit" will get its first play on BBCR1 next week (15 November).

Stormzy's This Is What I Mean album will arrive on 25 November via 0207 Def Jam, and is available to pre-order now. Tickets for his All Points East This Is What We Mean Day will go on general sale at 10am GMT on 17 November via allpointseastfestival.com.
