Honeyglaze, The Orchestra (For Now) and thistle. lead line-up for Soundhood East London

First launching in the UK in 2022, SON Estrella Galicia presents Soundhood East London as the flagship event of 2026. Across two days, performances will take place across multiple venues, including Hackney Style Council, Paper Dress Vintage, The Sebright Arms, The BBE Record Store and The Victoria.

Shoegaze trio thistle. are set to headline Paper Dress Vintage on Friday, 25 September, with support from Madrid-based band Toldos Verdes. On the same evening, London indie rock artist Jo From School will perform an opening showcase at Hackney Style Council.

On Saturday, frenetic London sextet The Orchestra (For Now) are set to headline The Sebright Arms, while post-punk trio will be taking over The Victoria, with support from Madrid-based band Error 97, steady risers in the city's guitar scene, and Brighton "gothgaze" outfit, Goodbye.

Soundhood East London 2026 is yet another demonstration of SON Estrella Galicia's commitment to cross-cultural exchange and transforming the live music experience. Continuing their support of London's independent venues, the event series aims to bring focus back to local neighborhoods, while championing the cultural impact of the grassroots music scene.

From 6pm on Friday, 25 September, the micro-festival will also offer DJ sets, showcases, and limited and exclusive experiences integrating the worlds of music and beer, in addition to the live music. Tickets are on sale now on DICE, and allow access to all sets at The Victoria Dalston, Hackney Style Council, Paper Dress Vintage, The Sebright Arms, and The BBE Record Store until the venue reaches capacity.
