Softcult share new track, "Naive"
Ontario-based sibling duo Softcult have released their new single, "Naive".
Speaking about the song, the band explain, “It’s about coming to the painful realization that the person, idea, or reality we trusted and believed in never really existed in the first place. This song is about the moment the scales fall from our eyes after we realize we’ve been romanticising someone or the idea of someone. After this moment we’re no longer able to see them or the world as innocently as we did before.”
"Naive" follows recent single, "Pill To Swallow", as well as the announcement that the band have wrapped up on work their forthcoming debut album.
Softcult recently announced a UK headline tour, kicking off in Glasgow on 22 November, taking in dates in Newcastle, Manchester, Nottingham, Leeds, Cardiff, Southampton and Bristol, before concluding in London on 2 December.
"Naive" is out now via Easy Life Records.
