Seraphina Simone shares new single, "Blue Eyes"
Seraphina Simone has unveiled the brand new single, "Blue Eyes" ahead of her upcoming second EP.
Seraphina Simone’s recent tracks, "Better Days" and "Liverpool" precede the brand new single, "Blue Eyes", which is taken from the follow-up to her 2022 debut EP, Milk Teeth.
"Blue Eyes is about being full-throttle chest-deep in a crush. Being so aware of their energy that you feel when they’ve entered a room full of people because the air changes," Simone explains. "It’s that sugar-high, butterflies, chaotic kinetic rush of being really into someone and living off daydreams and fantasies."
"Blue Eyes" emerges as Seraphina Simone prepares to play her first show of 2024 at The Courtyard Theatre on 24 April.
In addition to the upcoming EP, which also includes collaborations with Matt Wills (Charlotte Plank, Alice Merton) and the acclaimed post-classical artist Jay Chakravorty, Seraphina has applied her far-reaching creativity to some recent new projects. She has been working on songs and score ideas for an upcoming play from writer Tallulah Brown (When The Birds Come, Songlines) and composed and produced the music for a new campaign for the bespoke tailoring house LAWTON.Limited tickets for Seraphina Simone's headline show remain available now.
