Sega Bodega unveils new single, "Set Me Free, I'm an Animal"
Paris/London based artist and producer has Sega Bodega shared the brand new single, "Set Me Free, I’m an Animal" alongside a music video directed by Claire & Rick Farin (Actual Objects).
The content of "Set Me Free. I’m an Animal" explores feelings around physical and emotional restraint. The official video by Actual Objects (production credits include Caroline Polachek, Charli XCX, Yves Tumor) extends the sentiment of feeling lost, trapped in a situation that you can’t control, into a visual scenario.
Sega is also currently in the middle of an eight week residency on 6Music and has just been announced for a string of festivals including Field Day, Primavera, Melt, and Dour.
"Set Me Free, I’m An Animal" is the third single to be drawn from Sega Bodega’s upcoming solo album. Last month, he shared "Deer Teeth", and he also shared "Kepko", in 2022, which features on the forthcoming album. The new record follows a wildly successful string of acclaimed production work for other artists including Shygirl's Mercury nominated album, Nymph, Björk, Caroline Polachek, Eartheater and more.
